I love lists.
I make them, tuck them away and forget about them.
I found this one today:

green smoothies every morning
50% raw
3 or 4/7 days vegetarian
MOVE:

hula hoop
bike
walk
jump rope
breathe
stretch
dance
MEDITATE:
a lot
LIFESTYLE:
do art
create something every day
no chemicals
grow things
get rid of things
write love letters
